Venezuelan singer-song writer, thanks to his gift, his perseverance, his personality, his own style and his unique passion for romantic music, he has conquered everybody’s hearts in a very short period of time.
Reinaldo has a very successful record as a solo, with 10 songs where one of them is a pop ballad called `No soy el único? (I am not the one) released in 2008, produced in Miami by Yasmil Marrufo (Servando y Florentino, Ricky Martin, Alexandre Pires, Ricardo Montaner) and with it he could achieve a numerous acknowledgments as a Double Platinum Award as a result of his sales in his hometown country. `No soy el único? was a great hit that reached the first place in different radio stations of some countries such as Costa Rica, Panama, Bolivia and Ecuador, with other songs like `Mi segundo intento? (My Second Chance) and `Yo soy libre? (I am free), were part of famous popular soap-operas “Toda una dama” y “Libres como el viento” of RCTV Internacional (Radio Caracas Televisión Internacional).
`Fama, Sudor y Lágrimas?, a reality show of RCTV, was the TV program that made Reinaldo public, because of his participation during the season between 2005-2006, he got a second place in the contest, and he was the audience and jury favorite singer due to his great talent and extraordinary performance. From that moment, Reinaldo decided to dedicate his time to music and take it a as life project with his family support, accompanied by his spectacular vocal ability.
His first album gave him the chance to explore his musical personality and own style as a singer, being awarded by several prizes in Venezuela such as `Cacique de Oro? (best romantic singer, the great impact of the year), `El Universo del Espectáculo? Prize (the best singer of 2008), `Mara de Oro? Prize (Solo of the year). He has been called by the Venezuelan mass media `the Surprise Success Romantic Singer of the Year?.
He has got the privilege of sharing stage with great national and international performers, such as the Puerto Rican singer Olga Tañón, they sang together `Escondidos?, in front of 10.000 people in a big place of Venezuela, called `Hipódromo La Rinconada, Caracas.
Reinaldo has been considered one of the best artists who has deeply penetrated in the Venezuelan music market "Share of voice" per each record company, and he got first place as a pop singer. His song `Mi Segundo Intento? got third place among all songs heard through all years 2008 and 2009. The biggest chain of record stores in Venezuela, RECORLAND, reported that his album `No Soy el Único? won the 4th place top of the 40 albums most sold in Venezuela.
2010 has been a new challenge in Reinaldo's career. He released successfully his second album, recorded with the prestigious musicians, Los Hermanos Barrera (La Quinta Estación) and Many Lope, this compilation was produced by Luis Romero. The song `Cómo recobro mi vida? has included a video clip with a high level production, which was filmed in Los Angeles, and it involved a team of 40 professionals in the Hollywood movie area, directed by Miguel Navarro (Exilio Film), direction of photography made by Gerardo Madrazo and a general production of Mauricio Ozorio.
With a neat and solid image, Reinaldo gets prestige in each of his performances, as a singer-song writer. He has a perfect profile to consolidate himself in the music marketing with his talented and unique voice that gives him success to sing pop ballads.
